Advance Payment and Remaining Payment Policy / Rules for any Booking
Mehul Travels Provides an Excellent payment policy / process for any booking. You have to deposite / transfer only a partial part ( approximate 20% to 40% ) payment of your complete tour Booking Cost to confirm it. Remaining payment will be paid at the Hotel / Resort Desk, while check in or Car / Volvo Pickup time.
Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure / Preponning / Postponning Policy
We know that you will cancel or preponed or postponed your booking, due to some very serious reason. But as per Mehul Travel's policy / rules, below charges will be applied, if you cancel / preponed / postponed your complete booking.
- More then 60 days prior to the Booking Start Date :: 4% of the Complete Tour Booking Cost
- Between 46 to 60 days to the Booking Start Date :: 5% of the Complete Tour Booking Cost
- Between 21 to 45 days to the Booking Start Date :: 20% of the Complete Tour Booking Cost
- Between 07 to 20 days to the Booking Start Date :: 30% of the Complete Tour Booking Cost
- Between 03 to 06 days to the Booking Start Date :: 40% of the Complete Tour Booking Cost
- Between 00 to 02 days to the Booking Start Date :: Not any Refund
Your cancellation / Preponning / Postponning cost will be Minimum 2000/- Rs or as per above rules, which ever is higher. We will tried our best to minimize the cancellation cost, but it is totally depends on the Hotels / Resorts, Volvo and Car Rental Service Providers, means on the third parties.
Partial Amendment / Modification / Change in Tour charges after confirming
All confirm tour Bookings will sent an email containing their login information. After that, if you required any type of change in the tour Booking, then charges are as follows.
In case of Volvo / Bus ?
- More then 60 days Prior to the Booking Start Date :: No Deduction
- Between 46 to 60 days to the Booking Start Date :: No Deduction
- Between 16 to 45 days to the Booking Start Date :: 200/- Per Person Per Side
- Between 07 to 15 days to the Booking Start Date :: 300/- Per Person Per Side
- Between 03 to 06 days to the Booking Start Date :: 400/- Per Person Per Side
- Between 00 to 02 days to the Booking Start Date :: Not any Refund
In case of Car / Taxi ?
- More then 60 days to the Booking Start Date :: No Deduction
- Between 46 to 60 days to the Booking Start Date :: 5% of Total Car Booking Cost
- Between 16 to 45 days to the Booking Start Date :: 10% of Total Car Booking Cost
- Between 07 to 15 days to the Booking Start Date :: 20% of Total Car Booking Cost
- Between 03 to 06 days to the Booking Start Date :: 30% of Total Car Booking Cost
- Between 00 to 02 days to the Booking Start Date :: Not any Refund
In case of Hotel / Resort?
- More then 60 days to the Booking Start Date :: No Deduction
- Between 46 to 60 days to the Booking Start Date :: 300/- Per Night
- Between 16 to 45 days to the Booking Start Date :: 10% of Total Hotel Booking Cost
- Between 07 to 15 days to the Booking Start Date :: 25% Total Hotel Booking Cost
- Between 03 to 06 days to the Booking Start Date :: One Night Charges
- Between 00 to 02 days to the Booking Start Date :: Not any Refund
Refunding Policy
After the confirmation for refund, it will take 3 to 5 Working days to deposite / transfer the cheque in your Bank A/C.
Arrival and Departure time for Hotel / Resort Policy
Check-In Time :: 12:00 Noon Hours
All standard check in times are 12 Noon. If you required gauranteed early check in, then you have to make bookings from one previous night.
Check - Out - 12:00 Noon Hours
All standard check out times are 12 Noon. If you required gauranteed late check out, then you have to make bookings for up to one next night.
eTickets of your Booking
All confirmed eTickets will be always sent on the guest's eMail address with all login information and Terms and Conditions also.
Is this necessary to carry the eTickets of Booking?
It is strongly recommended you to carry your all the eTickets with you. As your eTickets contain your remaining amount, paid amount, respective addresses and contact numbers.
How will you get your eTickets ?
After your advance payment received confirmation, you will sent all of your eTickets, within 24 hours at your eMail ID. You will be intimated by a phone call or SMS and eMail also. In that eMail you will find the username and password for login into your control panel. In your control Panel, you can take the printout of all the eTickes of the booking.
Mehul Travels's Liabilities & Limitations Policy
Mehul Travels acts as a travel agency for the transporters (Volvo and Car) and hotels / resorts. All eTickets or receipts are issued by us under these terms and conditions and according to the services provided by the above.
However all the tour and schedules are fixed, but due to some specific reasons i.e. strike etc. we have all rights to change the schedule.
If there are any delay or alteration in the tour booking or in the expenses, that has to be incurred due to certain conditions, like the natural hazards, accident, weather, sickness, political closures, breakdown of machinery, breakdown of transport or due to any untoward incidents, Mehul Travels would not be responsible for it either directly or indirectly.
All disputes are subject to the Jaipur Juridiction only.
